Are CWC watches authentic military issue?

What is the warranty period for a CWC watch?

All new CWC watches come with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Please retain your warranty card and proof of purchase for any service claims.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide using secure, tracked courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, and any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, provided the watch is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films, packaging, and documentation intact.

Are your watches water resistant?

Water resistance varies by model. Our divers' watches are rated to 300 meters, while general service models are splash-proof. Always check the specific atmospheric (ATM) rating of your model before exposure to water.
